User responsibilities Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their password or account. Eligible Users When these products become available online, Pizza on the Go and food on the GO may be ordered by any organisational unit or member of Monash University. They may also be used by any member of the public or external company conducting business at the Clayton campus and environs. Membership may be purchased only by those persons eligible under the Monash University Club constitution. Please see the Club website for membership eligibility. Under the terms of the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 (amended 3 June 2008), liquor cannot be sold or delivered to persons under 18 years of age, nor can a person represent themselves as being prepared to order or purchase packaged liquor from a licence on behalf of another person (unless they are an employee or agent of the licensee). Payment conditions Payment may be made only by personal credit card. University corporate cards may not be used. Delivery terms and conditions When these products become available online, Pizza on the Go and food on the GO orders must be placed by 10.00am the day prior. Any order placed after that time for next day delivery will incur a $40.00 late fee. Minimum quantities do apply; these are listed beneith individual products. Minimim value for delivery is $50.00, orders below that amount may be collected from the Club or Joe's.
